Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods & Costs:
- Shipping Costs: Several shipping options will be listed for items placed in your cart. These shipping costs reflect least expensive, and fastest by various shipping carriers in the contiguous U.S.
- Expedited Shipping: Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day Air available at additional cost. If a specific shipping carrier or option is not listed – please contact us for information.
- Freight/LTL: Priced by dimensional weight. Contact us at (570) 209-5100 for quotes.
Order Processing:
- Orders ship within 1-2 business days.
- Cutoff Times:
- Orders after 4 PM EST process next business day.
- Weekend orders (Fri 4 PM EST – Mon 9 AM EST) process Monday.
- Expedited orders: Processed same day if placed before cutoff (varies by location).
Tracking & Delivery:
- Tracking numbers emailed upon shipment.
International Shipping:
- Contact us for quotes. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs compliance.
Damaged Shipments:
- Inspect packages upon delivery. Report damage immediately with photos of the shipment, label, and items. We’ll file a carrier claim on your behalf.
Returns & Exchanges
General Policy:
- Returns accepted within 15 days for unopened, unused items in original packaging.
Exchanges:
- Clothing: One-time size/style exchange with prepaid return label. Customer covers cost differences.
- Process:
- Contact Us for a Return Authorization (RA).
- Include RA, order confirmation, and completed Return Form.

Defective/Damaged Items:
- Report issues within 15 days via Defective Item Form. Photos required.
- Replacements shipped after claim approval. Credit issued upon return of defective item.
Warranty
- Products are warrantied against defects in materials/workmanship by manufacturers; contact us for information.
- Exclusions: Damage from misuse, alterations, or non-intended purposes.
- Woodenware: Assemble promptly. Report fit/cut defects within 30 days with photos for replacement.
Additional Policies
Order Changes/Cancellations:
- Request within 48 hours of purchase.
Payment & Pricing:
- Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, ACH.
- Preauthorization holds may apply to credit/debit cards.

Sales Tax:
- Collected per state/local laws. Tax-exempt customers must provide valid certificates.
Holiday Closures:
- Closed on Major Holidays – orders shipped next business day.
